Ganesh Kohli is a teacher and counselor who has founded, nurtured and led multiple education-focused organizations over the past 23 years.

An engineer by education, Ganesh started his career teaching Mathematics besides helping families find the best-fit education globally. His journey has led him to visit over 450 colleges and universities, present workshops at 300+ high schools, help 4000+ students with their higher education decisions and present at numerous global conferences.

In 2015, Ganesh stepped back from active involvement in his entrepreneurial ventures to drive initiatives that will have social impact. He supports The Aha Movement and Soul Science Foundation to bring meditation and mindfulness in everyday life.

In 2016, Ganesh founded the IC3 Movement to impact 175,000 high schools over 15 years. With 300+ IC3 volunteers, Ganesh has helped build a platform that is providing much-needed focus on career and college counselling within schools. The IC3 Movement now attracts leaders from 1400+ universities and 3900+ schools from over 320+ cities across 42 countries, and supports free education for school teachers to become trained career and college counselors.

With an extensive knowledge of the education sector, Ganesh Kohli is a visionary who has nurtured and co-founded multiple organizations under his expert care and guidance. His entrepreneurial journey has been led through meditation and applied spiritual practices.

Some of his achievements include:

  • Visiting over 450 U.S. colleges and universities in the last two decades
  • Presenting at over 100 high schools and colleges
  • Tutoring a student who produced an absolute 340 score on the GRE in 2013
  • Counseling, teaching and mentoring over 4000 students who ended up studying in the U.S.
  • Redefining collaboration with several co-founded entities and employee stakeholders
