Ganesh Kohli works with individuals and organizations seeking greater clarity, consciousness, and purpose, drawing on more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, leadership coach, educator, and lifelong learner. Now a published author, his journey spans education, leadership, and personal growth. Ganesh’s entrepreneurial journey has led him to build organizations across education, global student engagement, counseling, and conscious living. He founded KIC UnivAssist, supporting institutions and students in navigating global higher education; the IC3 Movement and IC3 Institute, advancing career and college counseling and strengthening counseling ecosystems in schools; and The Aha Movement, creating spaces for personal growth, self-awareness, and purposeful living. He is also the creator of the Counseling Laboratory®, a pedagogical framework for career and college counseling and a registered US trademark owned by Ganesh Kohli. Together, these ventures and innovations reflect his commitment to developing people, strengthening institutions, and creating pathways for meaningful growth. His work has also extended across education, well-being, sustainability, and hospitality, where he has focused on developing people and capabilities, strengthening leadership, and creating ecosystems for meaningful change.
